This 5-day Executive Workshop guides you, the business leader, step-by-step through the creation of a viable and compelling business strategy. Chart Your Own Course® Executive Workshops are a cost-effective way for business leaders to come together with peers and develop their business strategies under the guidance of a seasoned consultant and experienced facilitator, Paul R. Ratoff, CMC. We apply the four-stage CYOC decision-making process to each attending business. The result is a strategic plan complete with the goals and objectives needed to turn your vision into action. To ensure your business gets the attention it deserves, the retreat is limited to fifteen non-competing companies.*

Getting away from the day-to-day demands of running your business is essential to seeing things in a new light and challenging old ideas. The Workshop agenda includes:

Each day begins with a 2-hour "Chart Room Strategy Session." Mid-day is available for completing assignments and contemplating your strategic considerations. The day ends with an Executive Roundtable where you receive direct feedback from the facilitator and peers on your emerging business strategy.

Retreat Fee $2,500

• Retreat fee includes:

• 25 hours of training facilitated by Paul Ratoff with a small group of executives

Details and Discounts

• Discount of 10% for groups of three or more from one company
• Registration for each workshop ends thirty days prior to its respective start date.
• All fees must be paid in full no less than thirty days prior to the first workshop date.
• Travel, lodging, and meals are not included in the Workshop Fee and are the responsibility of the individual participant.

All dates and spaces are reserved with a 50% prepaid deposit. Deposits are refundable after the written cancellation of the dates, and when the dates have been re-booked by another company. No refunds will be given if cancellation is made within 30 days of the retreat.
